Frank Traylor
President/CEO

Frank Traylor joined VisionTEK as President and CEO in September, 2000, bringing a wealth of experience in executive management, product development and software engineering to the Company. Mr. Traylor has successfully advanced VisionTEK’s financial, technological, and market success during his tenure, as evidenced by company growth and major contract procurements. Prior to joining VisionTEK, Mr. Traylor served as the President and CEO of Lifeloc Technologies, a manufacturer of breath alcohol testing instruments. Mr. Traylor brought Lifeloc to sustained profitability, oversaw the development and introduction of three new products, and built a strong market presence in the domestic and international law enforcement markets. Earlier Mr. Traylor was Managing Director at James P. Magee Associates a developer of retail point of sale software. Mr. Traylor also held software process, development, and management positions in wireless communications at Lockheed Martin and Hughes Aircraft Company. Mr. Traylor has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Denver and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Sheri Sarno
Vice President, Operations

Ms. Sarno has over twenty years of public safety experience in various capacities.  She has strong, thorough knowledge of the project management life cycle, quality assurance processes and operations management functions.  Ms. Sarno joined VisionTEK in 2004 as Manager, Quality Assurance and assumed the position of Director, Operations in August of 2006. Prior to joining VisionTEK, Ms. Sarno was employed by CorrLogic as a Field Support Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor.  She was also employed by the Broomfield, Colorado Police Department as an Investigative Aide.  Ms. Sarno obtained her A.A.S. Degree from the Front Range Community College.

Justyn Davidson
Director, Customer Satisfaction

After eight years of service with VisionTEK, working with and leading the VisionTEK Engineering team, Justyn transitioned to Director, Customer Satisfaction. Justyn’s years of product knowledge, technical acumen and project management abilities made him the perfect fit for this position. The change in roles allows a single resource to focus on customer support. Justyn is committed to world class customer service, and working directly with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is obtained. Prior to this position, Justyn served VisionTEK as the Director, Software Development. He was the technical advisor for all VisionTEK engineering projects; with responsibility for all engineering resources, project priorities, proposed projects for feasibility and functional design, and product development strategies. Prior to VisionTEK, Mr. Davidson was employed at Paradigm Software as an Engineer.  He also attended the University of New Mexico and the Front Range Community College.

Chris Marchetti
Regional Sales Manager

Mr. Marchetti has over fourteen years experience in software sales which includes electronic commerce, EDI, document management, collaboration management and asset management.  Most recently, Mr. Marchetti was employed by ViewCentral Corporation as a Sales Representative responsible for selling web based solutions that automate the management of collaborative events.  He also was employed by NET Delivery Corporation where he was a Senior Sales Executive responsible for the development of the marketing and sales strategy for the national commercial market and public safety market for web based eForms software applications.  Chris also sold solutions to include Electronic Document Management and Delivery, Intelligent Electronic Forms and Secure Messaging.  Mr. Marchetti served as Director, Sales-Marketing-Business Development for Virtual Portal Systems and Senior Account Manager at Harbinger Corporation.  Mr. Marchetti holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree from Salisbury University, Franklin P. Perdue School of Business.

Ivo Karadjov
Director, Product Management and Marketing

Mr. Karadjov has eight years of product management and software implementation experience in the Public Safety industry.  Previously, Mr. Karadjov was employed by SpireLine Systems where he was Director, Product Management responsible for product management direction, planning and execution.  Prior to this, Mr. Karadjov held positions at Patron Systems/NETdelivery as Director of Product Management, Director of Professional Services and Sales Engineer.  In these positions, he successfully created and managed product lines, professional services engagements and customer deliverables.  Mr. Karadjov holds a Bachelor's Degree from New Bulgarian University.

Marnie Urbach
Director, Human Resources

Ms. Urbach joined VisionTEK in 2002, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources.  Currently she is responsible for the development and management of human resource policies and programs to include recruitment, benefits, compensation, performance management and employee relations.  Prior to joining VisionTEK, Ms. Urbach held human resource management positions at AirCell, Inc. and Broadiant Corporation.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Boulder Area Human Resource Association where she also held a Board position as VP, Treasurer.  Ms. Urbach holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado and has earned her Senior Professional Human Resource certification.
