VisionTEK Adds Two All Stars

January 28, 2009 — Broomfield, CO: VisionTEK, a leading mobile data software solutions provider for first responders, today announced two new all starts to their team. Ms. Elena Castor joins VisionTEK as Vice President, Sales, and Mr. Ivo Karadjov joins VisionTEK as Director, Product Management and Marketing.

Elena Castor, Vice President, Sales

Ms. Castor has over fifteen years of experience in technology sales and sales management.
Prior to joining VisionTEK, she played a major role in one of the first Software as a Service
(SaaS) organizations in the public safety industry, BlueStreak Connect. While at BlueStreak
she served as the Vice President of Sales where she built a sales team that created a
customer base from scratch. Ms. Castor started her career in law enforcement technology
as the Director of National Sales at NET delivery, a developer of Field-based Reporting and
analysis software. She has also worked as a Consultant for the KLA Group, where she
developed strategic selling programs for Global 1000 companies and managed the
implementation of these systems. Ms. Castor also served as Regional Sales Manager at
Teamshare Inc, and held sales positions for Ziff-Davis Education and Careers Ltd. Inc.

Ivo Karadjov, Director, Product Management and Marketing

Mr. Karadjov has eight years of product management and software implementation
experience in the Public Safety industry. Previously, Mr. Karadjov was employed by
SpireLine Systems where he was Director, Product Management responsible for product
management direction, planning and execution. Prior to this, Mr. Karadjov held positions at
Patron Systems/NETdelivery as Director of Product Management, Director of Professional
Services and Sales Engineer. In these positions, he successfully created and managed
product lines, professional services engagements and customer deliverables.
