The FrontLine™ Reporting System allows law enforcement agencies to extend mobile data access and mobile data capture to field personnel.
The software package offers a comprehensive set of administrative tools to create and deploy a wide variety of mobile data queries to local, state and national databases and field reporting applications for Windows mobile handheld devices and Windows mobile data computers.
Field Reporting Applications can be quickly created and deployed in-house by using the FrontLine Application Designer. No programming skills are required. Newly deployed field reporting applications and modifications are automatically distributed to police officers in the field using available network infrastructure.
The FrontLine Mobile Client software enables the mobile applications to query local, state and national databases, capture and validate data, scan barcodes, attach images and voice notes, and wirelessly send data for back-end processing. Field reporting data can be instantly accessed, approved, managed and printed or it can be distributed to external back-end systems.

FRONTLINE APPLICATION DESIGNER
The FrontLine Application Designer allows law enforcement agencies to design, configure and deploy a wide variety of business processes such as electronic Citations (eCitations), Accidents, Field Interviews, Tow Slips and more. Administrative users can specify exactly what data is to be collected, the interface layout, the look and feel as well as the business rules presented to the end user. Workflow processes can be configured for each handheld or mobile data computer collection process providing an intelligent and streamlined data collection solution.
REPORT MANAGER
The Report Manager enables field report management from the office. Users can search, access, approve/disapprove and print incoming field reports. Users can create and save custom search criteria.
FRONTLINE MOBILE CLIENT SOFTWARE
The FrontLine Mobile Client is a truly mobile client allowing for uninterrupted work in the field regardless of connectivity. Store-and-forward functionality ensures a reliable, continuous data flow. Data will not be lost even in areas without service. It facilitates the query, collection and processing of data in a wireless, mobile environment. It executes queries and gains timely access to real-time information. Also, imports data from external sources such as 1D and 2D barcodes to avoid redundant typing.
FRONTLINE WEB SERVICE
The FrontLine Web Service allows the Mobile Client, Application Designer and Report Manager to work together and connect to the necessary data sources. This application is a .NET based SOAP compliant web service which runs in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
