After hours support for mission critical issues is provided as part of our Support and Maintenance Agreement. Our 24x7x365 support program provides customer representatives immediate access to technical support personnel, should the need arise.

Support Programs
VisionTEK offers an annual support and maintenance program which provides VisionTEK customers with regular software releases including software service releases, minor software releases and major software releases. The support and maintenance program also includes remote diagnostics and system support, 24x7x365 for mission critical issues. Consultative services are also available on a time and materials basis.
Training
We provide comprehensive training on the use of VisionTEK's entire suite of products. 

As part of each installation, VisionTEK provides both Application Software Training and System Administrator Training, fashioned in a "train-the-trainer" format.
